Nimdee Global is based in Ghana. This page explains what we collect when you order from Nimdee Wear, why, and who helps us handle it. We follow the principles of Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

What we collect

Your name, email address and delivery address, what you ordered, your payment reference, and your internet address, which we use to stop abuse of the store. We do not see or keep your card details.

Why we use it

To take your payment, make and deliver your order, email you about it, answer questions, and keep the records we must keep for accounting and tax. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it

• Paystack takes your payment and sees your card details. We never do.
• Printful prints and ships your order, so it receives your name and delivery address.
• Resend sends our emails to you.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and our order records.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and any dispute about an order, and then delete them.

This store does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
